My programs.

The program is a custom training plan that you will follow independently under my supervision. It is a practical format for working on your individual request at an affordable price. The result depends largely on your own efforts and requires discipline and control. I offer two types of programs: semi-distant and fully distant.

Semi-distant program

  • We hold a face-to-face session where we get to know each other, discuss your request, and conduct fitness testing.
  • Then I make a program of 6-12 months and the first training plan for 4-6 weeks. This usually takes 2-3 days.
  • When the plan is ready, we have another face-to-face session. We go through all the exercises and workouts from the plan, correct the technique and, if necessary, the plan itself.
  • Next, you work out the plan by yourself. I will send you video illustrations of the exercises’ technique and will answer your questions in messengers or by e-mail.
  • When you finish your training according to the first plan, we will move on to the next cycle: we will conduct an evaluation session, I will prepare a plan for the next 4-6 weeks and so on.

The total cost of one cycle is £150 and includes two face-to-face sessions, a training plan and online support.

Distant program

  • I am sending you a detailed questionnaire that gives me a good overview of your physical fitness and goals.
  • Then I make a detailed training plan for 4-6 weeks. This usually takes 2-3 days.
  • Next, you’re doing the plan yourself. I will send you video illustrations of the exercises’ technique and answer your questions in messengers or by e-mail.

The total cost of one cycle is £80 and includes a training plan and online support as you work on the plan.
