I’m a Personal Trainer (Level 3) with several years of personal training experience, certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and currently studying Pilates at Polestar.
I genuinely love working with the body and exploring its potential — both with my own and with my clients. That’s why I’m constantly learning and experimenting with emerging wellness approaches and exercise techniques. Of particular interest to me is the functionality of the body: I pay special attention to the problems of rehabilitation, working with the muscle cortex and body balance and development of functional capabilities. This is the foundation that defines the overall health and well-being and allows one to work effectively for more specific fitness goals.
As a hobby, I regularly challenge myself in endurance sports, like running or ski marathons, cycling, swimming and multi-sport competitions. Besides keeping up with the current performance development techniques, I find that this helps me to better understand the issues of motivation and discipline and the ways to deal with them.
