My approach to training

Perfect body is healthy body.

An ultimate goal of my work with a client is building a body that allows living a full healthy life both now and in the future: without pain, limited movement, fatigue and complexes.

This vision defines my training process. We will be focusing on:

  • Aligning posture and strengthening the entire muscular frame.
  • Returning flexibility and mobility.
  • Increasing physical endurance.
  • Restoring the sensation of your body and individual muscles.
  • Toning up and “pumping” up the lagging muscle groups.

I focus on bodyweight training.

The foundation of my training is working with your own bodyweight with a help of some additional equipment: rubber expanders, unstable platforms for balance exercises, TRX loops and dumbbells for strength exercises.

I prefer to train outdoors.

Open space and fresh air help to disconnect from daily stress and focus on the sensations in the body. It takes just a couple of sessions to feel how it charges and refreshes the body and mind. If the weather is bad, then we can move to a traditional training facility, but this is an exception rather than a rule.
